Middle School Yoga

Specifically geared for busy middle schoolers, this class will become your welcome respite and a space to learn how yoga can both build strength of body and mind in a supportive, fun environment. You’ll develop healthy strategies to use your breath and mind to calm nerves and quiet active minds. This class will safely test your agility while becoming stronger, more flexible and toned. Class will end with a relaxation period that will leave you feeling rejuvenated and refreshed.
