Thursday, May 30, 2019 – 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM in the Brown Cafeteria
Hopefully by now you’ve all heard about the Giving Project! If not–it’s an annual
community potluck dinner where 5 chosen non-profit organizations share their
missions, and potluck participants vote on how to distribute the donation money
(collected before, during, and after the potluck)!
The potluck dinner will take place on Thursday, May 30 from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM in the Brown Cafeteria. Reps from our chosen organizations will each speak about their mission, and you decide which organizations will get your share of our collective financial
donations–all while you enjoy a delicious dinner with other members of the
Brown/Oak Hill community!
RSVP HERE and let us know what you are bringing to the potluck.
Here’s the link to donate towards that collective financial ‘piggy bank’: DONATE!
The 5 organizations are:
- One Can Help
- Cape Crafts 4 Kids
- Project Semicolon
We know schedules are packed this time of year. However, a night like this will
leave you feeling hopeful about the world we all share, connected to our school
community, and empowered to create change. Join us!
