Parenting Through Back-To-School During COVID-19: Strategies for Coping and Supporting Our Kids, Teens, and Ourselves

For Parents in our Community,

To launch this year’s Building Resilience Series, and as continuation of our “Parenting Through COVID-19” Webinar Series, we wanted to let you know about our upcoming FREE webinar, “Parenting Through Back-To-School During COVID-19: Strategies for Coping and Supporting Our Kids, Teens, and Ourselves.”

We are offering this FREE event to parents in our community (Natick, Needham, Newton, Waltham, Wellesley, Weston), though all are welcome. Our aim is to provide guidance and practical strategies on how parents might shift perspective and consider different approaches to managing challenge areas, while supporting both kids and teens and themselves. Webinar will include brief discussion followed by Q&A.

Organized by NWH: The Resilience Project’s Parents Program and featuring program co-directors, Tai Katzenstein, PhD and Juliana Chen, MD.
