Dear Brown Community,

Despite the weather, our school spirit remains bright. This week the Brown community enjoyed the lion dance performance, thank you to all who supported us in bringing this program to the students.

Here are a few key reminders for the week ahead (note that there will be no newsletter on 2/15 due to winter recess, enjoy the break):

TEACHER APPRECIATION (2/11)

Help us treat our amazing faculty and staff by signing up to donate individually wrapped candies and cookies for our special February Candy Bar! More info. below.

BOOK FAIR NOW JUNE 9TH AND 10TH

The Book Fair has been rescheduled to June 9th and 10th – hold onto those gift cards and start thinking of your summer reading list.

GRADE LEVEL DANCES

Save the date for grade level dances in the Brown cafeteria. Details to follow.

Grade 6: April 10th, 6-8pm

Grade 7: May 1st, 6-8pm

Grade 8: May 15th, 6-8PM

BROWN WORKING THEATRE

This spring, Brown Working Theatre will be attending the Massachusetts Educational Theatre Guild’s spring one-act play festival! See below for more information if your student is interested in participating.

TAX RECEIPTS

Donations to the PTO are tax deductible; however, our records may not include all the information needed to issue formal tax receipts. If you would like a tax receipt for your 2025 contribution, please email the Treasurer at treasurer@brownpto.org with the date(s) and amount(s) of your donation.
