The Annual Fund is our main fundraising effort and accounts for 80% of our annual budget. The suggested donation per family is $100 toward our annual fund but any amount is greatly appreciated.

This is a partial list of the many initiatives the funds support our community including:

  • School and Classroom Support – to provide additional support for teachers and students
  • Community Building Activities – including our welcome family picnic, parent social events, community events
  • Teacher and Staff Appreciation – luncheons and other initiatives throughout the school year
  • Creative Arts & Sciences – events for all students
  • Technology and Communication Tools – Brown PTO’s website, Zoom Brown Bear PTO weekly platform, and the Family Directory Membership Toolkit

All of your contributions are considered voluntary and your donation in any amount to the PTO is 100% helpful and tax deductible.

We are aware that every family has different resources and commitments. If you are able to, please consider a larger donation. If a contribution is a financial challenge for your family, contribute an amount with which you are comfortable. If you are able to donate an amount greater than $250 and require a tax receipt, please add your name to the PayPal or Venmo memo section and send an email to treasurer@brownpto.org.
